Cancellation Policy

At TripCruise, we strive to provide transparent and flexible cancellation options. However, all bookings are subject to the individual cruise line’s or service provider’s cancellation terms.

1. General Cancellation Rules

• All cancellations must be requested in writing via email to support@tripcruise.com.
• Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policies of the specific cruise line, airline, hotel, or tour operator.
• Any refund amount is determined by the provider and is beyond TripCruise's control.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–21 business days after approval.
• Partial or full refunds depend on how early the cancellation is made before departure.
• Non-refundable bookings, special promotional fares, or last-minute deals may not be eligible for any refund.

3. Cancellation Fees

• TripCruise may charge a service fee of ₹500–₹2000 for cancellations, depending on the complexity and provider involved.
• Service providers may also charge additional cancellation penalties as per their terms.

4. Changes & Rebooking

If you're unable to travel on the original dates, TripCruise can assist in rebooking where permitted. Rebooking is subject to availability and may incur charges.

5. Force Majeure

In the case of unforeseeable events (e.g. natural disasters, pandemic, strikes), cancellation and refund terms will follow the policies of the respective cruise line or supplier. TripCruise is not liable for such disruptions.
